Dan Gable - Leg double Attacks



Dan Gable goes over the double leg takedown, keep in mind these setups are for wrestling, so you have to adapt them for mma, aka protect yourself, watch for knees and initiate with striking.  The form and posture are correct for getting the takedown no matter the setting, ie. grappling, mma, or wrestling. Pay close attention to the posture and level change as well as the multiple setup attempts before the actual takedown attempt.
