Double Leg Takedown

Some perspective as well as technique work, thinking of a double leg as similar to a jab. Seeing it as a weapon, but also as a tool to set up other techniques. Good points also about posture, changing levels when you're attempting a lift in order to get the practitioner's hips and legs engaged instead of the back and arms, which relies too much on strength rather than technique. remember to like and subscribe the the OP.
